Florida's Historic Coast is home to many local artisan and farmers markets that not only offer local art and products, but also offer local produce and other ingredients and available most days of the week.
Located on US 1 South, Coconut Barrel offers more than 200 local artisans that showcase their handcrafted masterpieces. Shop for jewelry, pottery, glass, fiber-art, candles, soaps, ceramics, new and repurposed furniture, baby gifts & clothing, photography and more.
Held every Saturday at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Farmers Market features growers, artisans, and artists selling fresh food, prepared goods, and art from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The market offers monthly events such as the St. Johns County Public Library System Book Mobile on the first and third Saturday of the month, yoga on the first Saturday of the month, and a cooking demonstration on the fourth Saturday of the month. Also, music is available to enjoy from the Amphitheatre’s Front Porch Stage.
Browse fresh produce every Wednesday in St. Augustine Beach at the St. Johns County Ocean and Fishing Pier Park from 8 a.m.- noon. Amidst the backdrop of the ocean and the local pier, 60+ vendors offer produce, prepared foods, local seafood, art, crafts, jewelry, and other goods.
Taking place in Ponte Vedra Beach, the Nocatee Farmers Market runs from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. every third Saturday of the month with more than 70 local vendors. Each month, the market is planned around a different theme with fun, family-friendly activities, including face painting and a bounce house for children.
