A visit to Florida’s Historic Coast is like a visit to many different destinations. You can be steeped in the history of the Ancient City one minute, then find yourself on a sandy beach the next. You can be playing a round of golf on a world-class golf course in Ponte Vedra on a Saturday and kayaking along the Guana River Sunday afternoon. Luckily, there are plenty of places to stay where you can take advantage of all the things our destination has to offer.
If you’re traveling with an extended family, you may need accommodations that offer an extra bedroom and bath, maybe even on a first floor so that older visitors don’t have to take stairs. Our wide range of condos and short term private rentals can be a good option, with locations along our 42 miles of beach, in the historic district and all along scenic A1A. Travelers with pets also want to make sure their pooches have access some outdoor space like a sandy beach or a nearby park. Management companies can assist you with those specific needs and help make arrangements.
For many visitors are here for extended stays, a kitchenette or outside cooking and dining area is essential. There are condo and private rentals that can accommodate those needs. Many of our condos feature balconies with ocean views, amenities such as laundries, adult and kid pools, hot tubs and common areas where guests can lounge in large groups. There are also some with tennis and pickleball courts on the property, a gym or fitness area, as well as private access paths to the beach.
