Cava Reception & Wine Pairing Dinner

Flagler College – Solarium & Rotunda

An elegant evening featuring a five-course Spanish menu crafted by local Celebrity Chef Michael Lugo and paired with wines from Chief Winemaker Alejandro López of Beronia Rioja, with fine dining and music in Ponce de Leon Hall’s Flagler Room and Solarium.

Grand Tasting

Saturday, February 20, 2027 | 2:00 – 5:00 pm
Flagler College – Markland House

An afternoon of Spanish wine, food and music at Flagler College’s historic Markland House. Sample 100+ Spanish wines served by the college’s Hospitality and Tourism Management students and wine professionals. Carrera Wine Cellar will be on hand to help guests purchase favorite bottles to take home.

Optional Grand Tasting upgrades (limited availability, purchase with your Grand Tasting ticket):

• VIP Private Selection Tasting – Exclusive lounge with top-shelf Spanish wine pours and chef-crafted bites. Presented by VIVA Hospitality. Flagler College – Crisp-Ellert Art Museum, 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
• Wine Education Seminars – Instructor-led tastings of 4–5 Spanish wines paired with artisan charcuterie, plus early access to the Grand Tasting. Flagler College – Ringhaver Student Center, 12:30 pm.
