The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum is a Certified Autism Center™ committed to creating a welcoming and accessible experience for all visitors, with staff trained to better assist autistic and sensory-sensitive guests.
Climb 219 steps to the top of the 165-foot tower for breathtaking views of historic downtown St. Augustine, the beaches, and the Nation's Oldest Port. Discover St. Augustine's rich maritime history at the site of Florida's first lighthouse and explore exhibits in the restored keepers' house highlighting the Coast Guard in WWII, local maritime heritage, shipwrecks, and the lives of lighthouse keepers and their families. The St. Augustine Lighthouse Gift Shop offers souvenirs, artwork, locally made items, jewelry, t-shirts, and other lighthouse-themed treasures. Expand your visit with unique experiences including Dark of the Moon Ghost Tours, Sunset Moonrise events, the St. Augustine Lighthouse SIDE QUEST, Lighthouse Keeper Tours, and private lens room tours.
