Lighthouse Illuminations: November 23, 2022 — January 14, 2023

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum has been a constant beacon of light on Florida’s Historic Coast. This season, it will shine ever brighter.
You’ve spent your day shopping along St. George Street. You’ve taken the trolley along the decorated inns and shops of Avenida Menendez. You’ve sung carols on King Street and stopped for some mulled cider along the way. How do you top that?
Head for the Bridge of Lions and take in the magical view of the Nights of Lights reflections in the water. Then, continue onto Anastasia Island toward the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum. That’s where you’ll get to enjoy the Tides, Tidings and Trees decorations on the grounds and buildings of the museum.
And at nightfall, the displays get even better and brighter. This year, you can purchase after-hours tickets to the new Lighthouse Illuminations event. You’ll see twenty-one uniquely decorated trees, each with a distinct theme, such as Shells from the Sea, Keepsake Ornaments, Old Florida and Lighthouses of America.
The Nautical Adventures decorated tree is a highlight because it displays decorations donated by members and visitors across the country. (In fact, if you’d like to donate a Nautical decoration to the museum, you can send to 81 Lighthouse Avenue, St. Augustine, Florida 32080.)
Lighthouse Illuminations will take place on select days from November 23, 2022 to January 14, 2023. Tickets are $21.95 for adults and seniors and $19.95 for children.
No matter how you spend your holiday season, you can’t top the lighthouse during Nights of Lights.
