St. Augustine, Fla. (April 8, 2025) – Peter Cottontail isn’t the only one bringing delicious treats this Easter. Many of the favorite restaurants along Florida’s Historic Coast’s will serve scrumptious brunches, lunches and dinners perfect when cooking is not on the Easter agenda.
In and around St. Augustine
Brunch abounds for guests staying in Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The Grand Easter Brunch at the upscale Cordova Coastal Chophouse & Bar is overflowing with culinary delights, including a grand seafood station, carvings stations, a bountiful dessert station, and more. Enjoy a family brunch at Ancient City Brunch Bar, featuring create your own artistry bruncharcuterie boards and delicious local roasted coffees. Be sure to dress in your finest and attend the Easter Promenade in the Plaza de la Constitiucion in the afternoon.
The artsy neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine houses Castillo Craft Bar + Kitchen, with an Easter Brunch featuring an á la carte menu boasting tableside service of pastries and fresh fruit, followed by a curated menu of breakfast entrées, desserts, and custom craft cocktails. For a more casual vibe, the Milltop Tavern welcomes walk-ins for an all-day menu. Make your reservations for brunch at Columbia Restaurant, O.C. White’s Seafood & Spirits, PK’s Roosevelt Room, and Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Historic. In the evening, plan relaxing dinner with the family at La Nouvelle Bistro or Catch 27.

On Vilano Beach, enjoy an elegant steak or seafood dinner at Michael’s at Hyatt Place, pair it with a wine from their award-winning collection. Or enjoy the casual rooftop atmosphere at Pesca at Vilano, also located at Hyatt Place on Vilano.
Head to St. Augustine Beach and enjoy brunch at the Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach for oceanfront views and a mouthwatering meal at Harvest & Reel. Classic Easter dishes are accompanied by Executive Chef Stephen Osgood’s personal springtime favorites, like deviled eggs with crispy Taso ham and strawberry mascarpone shortcake. Enjoy Easter Brunch at The Original Café Eleven or at Santiago’s Florida Kitchen & Craft Bar at Guy Harvey Resort. Travel a bit further south down A1A for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa’s brunch and a special Easter dinner.
Ponte Vedra Beach
The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club makes Easter a weekend-long celebration, with an Easter Bunny Breakfast, games, a parade, and movies culminating in a family-friendly Sunday brunch for guests registered at The Historic Inn.
