The curtains rise once again at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, now dazzling with the results of a visionary $12.9 million transformation. After 14 months of meticulous renovations, this beloved Northeast Florida venue welcomes guests back with state-of-the-art upgrades designed to elevate both the fan and artist experience—without sacrificing the intimacy and authenticity that have made it a standout destination since 2011.

From the moment guests step through its doors, they’ll notice thoughtful enhancements to every corner: immersive sound, theatrical lighting, comfortable seating, expanded concessions, and elevated artist amenities. With capacity to now host up to 180 concerts annually, the Concert Hall is poised to set a new standard for live entertainment in Florida.

A Cultural Anchor, Reimagined

Beyond the lights and acoustics, this renovation reaffirms Ponte Vedra Concert Hall’s role as a cornerstone of regional arts and culture. Having welcomed audiences from all 50 states, the venue continues to boost St. Johns County’s hotel, dining, and retail economy. Visitors don’t just come for the music—they come for the full Northeast Florida experience.

A Story Worth Telling

Originally built in 1980 as a Baptist church, the building was acquired by St. Johns County in 2006 and reimagined as a live music venue five years later. The most recent transformation was sparked by the Friends of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall’s “Elevate Campaign” in 2022—a grassroots effort to add a second-floor balcony that blossomed into a full-scale renovation.

Today, the venue is operated through a public-private partnership by SJC Cultural Events, Inc. (SJCCE)—the team also behind The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Sing Out Loud Festival, and the Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Series.
