Experience a powerful evening of history and reflection at “The Splash Heard Around the World” Meet & Greet from 5-8 p.m. This special event features Robert Swan sharing his firsthand account of the 1964 Monson Motor Lodge “swim-in” protest in St. Augustine—an iconic Civil Rights Movement moment captured in rare color photographs by his brother, Nick Swan. The evening begins with a screening of Passage at St. Augustine at 5 p.m., followed by Swan’s keynote presentation at 6:30 p.m. Guests will also have the opportunity to view historic photographs on display and enjoy light refreshments.
