February 19 – Tapas, Wine & Spirits
The series begins with an evening at the Lightner Museum’s Radzinski Family Garden, where guests enjoy gourmet tapas crafted by local chefs alongside authentic Spanish wines and spirits. Sponsored by SchomWorks, this culinary event offers a rich tasting experience in a historic outdoor setting.
February 20 – Cava Reception & Dinner
An exclusive VIP evening unfolds at Flagler College, beginning with a Cava Reception in the Ponce de Leon Rotunda. Guests then move to the Solarium for a five-course Spanish dinner created by Chef Michael Lugo and paired with top-tier wines presented by Beronia Rioja’s Chief Winemaker Alejandro López. The night concludes with a private musical performance and an afterglow on the terrace with views of the city and ocean.
February 21 – Grand Tasting
The celebration culminates with an afternoon at Flagler College’s Markland House, where guests sample more than 100 Spanish wines served by students and wine professionals, with the opportunity to purchase favorites through Carrera Wine Cellar. Optional upgrades include the VIP Private Selection Tasting at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum and Wine Education Seminars in the Ringhaver Student Center. The main tasting runs from 2–5 p.m. across several campus venues.
