Wednesday, May 6 | The Saltworks Supper
Michael’s at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, 117 Vilano Rd. | 6-8 p.m.
Begin the festival with a cocktail hour and seated, multicourse dinner by Chef Michael Lugo and Chef Jason Stanhope, inspired by the region’s maritime heritage. Tickets: $200.

Thursday, May 7 | Harvest Awards & Tasting
Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, 117 Vilano Rd. | 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Sample signature dishes from Northeast Florida restaurants as they compete for the Harvest Award, each featuring a locally sourced ingredient. Includes souvenir wine glass and beverage tastings. Limited seating. Tickets: $99.

Friday, May 8 | ST. A Soirée
Ancient City Farmstead, 395 St. Marks Pond Blvd. | 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Celebrate under the spring sunset with BBQ, chef-driven tasting dishes, and unlimited wine, beer, and spirits. Souvenir glass included. Ages 21+. Casual attire. Free parking. No pets. Tickets: $99.

Experience the festival’s premier all-inclusive event with 300+ wines, beers, and spirits, culinary bites from top regional restaurants and food trucks, live music, chef demos, and interactive experiences. Ages 21+. Casual attire. Free parking. No pets. Tickets: $129.
