Fan of great food and chefs? Love tasting wine and hand-crafted spirits? Enjoy spending time outdoors in beautiful weather? This is the event you’ve been waiting for and hearing so much about. The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival is an annual culinary celebration taking place in one of the country’s most beautiful and historic cities. The entire weekend is a showcase of culinary, beverage and culture that highlights celebrity guest chefs, celebrity winemakers/proprietors, local chefs, artisans and craft spirits/beers from locally crafted to global brand names. The festival offers a wide variety of events for all tastebuds, from wine dinners and tasting events, to master classes and more.
“One of Florida’s Top 10 Food and Wine Festivals” according to USA Today. The festival takes place May 6-9, 2026, with celebrity guest chefs, local chefs and beverage distillers. Enjoy over 400 varieties of unlimited wine, beer and spirits, live music, celebrity chef dinners, cooking master class demos and a variety of tasting events to please all kinds of tastes.
Wednesday, May 6, “The Saltworks Supper,” at Michael’s, Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, 117 Vilano Rd., 6-8 p.m., featuring a cocktail hour followed by a seated, multicourse dinner by Chef Michael Lugo of Michael’s and Chef Jason Stanhope of Charleston's Sullivan’s Fish Camp, highlighting bold flavors inspired by the region’s maritime heritage. Tickets are $200.
Thursday, May 7, "Harvest Awards & Tasting," at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, 117 Vilano Rd., 6:30-8:30 p.m. The Harvest Awards & Tastings offers a chance to sample some of Northeast Florida’s top restaurants in one location. Guests will receive a souvenir wine glass to enjoy a selection of wines, the festival’s official beverages, and premium tastings. Participating restaurants will compete for the prestigious Harvest Award, judged by a panel of culinary professionals. Each dish must feature a locally sourced ingredient, highlighting the region’s diverse foodways—from fresh seafood to seasonal and specialty crops. Limited Seating. Tickets are $99.
Friday, May 8, "ST. A Soirée,” at Ancient City Farmstead, 395 St. Marks Pond Blvd., 6:30-8:30 p.m., an indoor and outdoor spring sunset celebration showcasing great BBQ and tasting dishes from some of the Southeast’s most celebrated chefs. Guests 21 and over enjoy unlimited wine, beer, and spirit tastings with a souvenir glass, along with delicious bites, all included with ticket price. Casual attire. Tickets are $99.
Saturday, May 9, "St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, Grand Tasting”, at Ancient City Farmstead, 395 St. Marks Pond Blvd., 2-5 p.m., the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival’s premier all-inclusive event. Guests 21 and over receive a souvenir glass to sample more than 300 varieties of wine, beer, and spirits, along with delicious culinary bites from Northeast Florida and the South’s top restaurants and food trucks. Enjoy live music by Laiken Love & The Fellowship of Love, explore artisan and gourmet exhibitors, and cast a vote in the People’s Choice Harvest Awards for favorite sips and bites. The Publix Cooking Demonstration Stage features chef and beverage demos with limited tastings available for the first 100 guests at each session. Guests can also browse the Vilano Beach Main Street Silent Auction and participate in the Whiskey & Wine Pull. Casual attire. Free parking. No pets allowed. Tickets are $129.
Ancient City Farmstead and the Hyatt Place, St. Augustine/Vilano Beach are the host location sites for the 2026 festival. Ancient City Farmstead is located 10 minutes north of historic downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. Florida’s largest city Jacksonville is located only 30 minutes away.
