Overview
Built in 1798, the Ximenez-Fatio House served as a boarding house during Florida’s territorial days and became known for the women who owned and managed it. Today, the museum offers a glimpse into everyday life spanning more than two centuries of history. In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum is joining the nationwide America250 commemoration with a special, one-day offer. On Independence Day visitors can enjoy self-guided audio tours for just $2.50, a price honoring 250 years of the United States. Tours will be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last admission is at 4 p.m. 20 Aviles St., St. Augustine. www.XimenezFatioHouse.org
