Overview
Columns and verandas frame this classic structure of coquina and pine. Originally built as a private residence in 1916 for Henry Flagler's physician and friend, Dr. Andrew Anderson, the Southern Wind Inn welcomes guests with such amenities as cable TV, king and queen-size beds, central air and heat, private in-room baths, plus a full bountiful breakfast. Homemade desserts, lemonade, iced tea and wine in the afternoon provide a welcome respite on one of the shaded verandas.
