Our “Signature Seafood Boil" is a one-pot cooking process that combines both boiling (red bliss potatoes) & steaming (fresh corn on the cob, authentic andouille sausage, sweet vidalia onion, and jumbo shrimp). Customers can add great add-ons including lobster, crab legs, clams, mussels, scallops and other regionally specific seafood items. And don't forget the cornbread muffins!

It’s simple; one pot, layered and perfectly seasoned, that you can enjoy in two great ways: as "you steam" takeout or as "we steam" catering.
