Step inside this one-of-a-kind attraction, where friendly clerks and snake-oil salesmen keep visitors amused while demonstrating the latest inventions for turn-of-the-century “modern” living. The museum’s extensive authentic collection feels like a Sears and Roebuck catalog come to life, with everything from tonics and elixirs to a goat-powered washing machine. Meet proprietor Mr. C.F. Hamblen, explore more than 100,000 essential items, and discover the time-saving marvels of 1908 during this lively, actor-led experience.
