Morning: Yoga & Biking
Start small, with a morning warm-up of yoga on the beach. At Guy Harvey Oceanfront Resort you’ll not only wake up to the invigorating sounds of ocean waves but you can join a small group of early risers ready to limber up with yoga moves. On St. Augustine Beach, all you need is a towel and a plot of sand (and we’ve got 42 miles of that.)
If you’re more of a camper, you might find yourself at Anastasia State Park, where you won’t have to go far at all to hit the sand near your campsite. Kick it up a notch with a gentle bike ride along the beach. The white quartz sand along the shoreline is ideal for a long, smooth ride. If you’re there around low tide, stop for a while and spend some time hunting for shark teeth or unique shells. As you breathe in the fresh salt air, you can almost feel yourself getting healthier in mind and spirit.
Afternoon: Refuel & Reenergize
After a morning of outdoor activities you’re bound to work up an appetite. There's a perfect opportunity to refuel with an outdoor picnic at the Village Garden Food Truck Park.
Sit outside and enjoy an authentic Hawaiian poke bowl, some slow smoked BBQ or just a whole fruit smoothie while you relax and play a game of corn hole. Now you’re ready for some serious hiking. You’ll find lots of hiking trails of all lengths and terrains to choose from at our many state parks.
Evening: Dine & Unwind
The end of the day brings with it one of the most relaxing yet rejuvenating activities around. A private, scenic sunset cruise on St. Augustine Boat Tours is as beautiful and soothing as it sounds. Cap it off with a relaxing cocktail and seafood dinner on the deck at Sunset Grille. In the end, you’ll agree this is just the re-boot you need right about now.
