The Motel Takeover

The Motel Takeover package offers exclusive access to the entire property for a wedding or special event weekend. With a capacity of up to 50 guests for a ceremony and reception, along with 20 sleeping rooms for overnight accommodations, this package ensures a private and personalized experience.

Guests have the flexibility to bring in preferred vendors, creating a fully customized event.

Rates:

• $8,000 for a 2‑night stay (weekend or weekday) in January, August, September, October, and November
• $10,000 for a 2‑night stay in February, April, and May
