Experience the Roots of Florida’s Historic Coast® with the New Harvest Trail
September 26-November 22, 2025
Dig into the farms that grow our community.
This fall, visitors to Florida’s Historic Coast® can explore a different kind of local treasure—one rooted in soil, tradition, and community. The newly launched Harvest Trail Self-Paced Farm Tour invites travelers and locals alike to discover the rich agricultural heritage of St. Johns County.
Running from Friday, September 26 through Saturday, November 22, the Harvest Trail highlights 17 locally owned farms, markets, festivals, and artisan producers. Participants are encouraged to collect stamps in their Harvest Trail passport, redeemable for exclusive prizes.
Please note: Each farm and shop operates on its own schedule. Before visiting, it's best to check the individual farm’s website or social media channels for hours of operation, seasonal availability, and event details.
Meet the Makers and the Land
At the heart of the Harvest Trail are the passionate people who cultivate, create, and connect. Amanda Wells of Wesley Wells Farms says, “We’ve structured our crop rotation, events, and facilities to make learning possible every season. It’s more than a farm—it’s a movement.”
Andrea Parker of Parker Flower Farms adds, “Most people think of beaches or downtown history when they picture St. Johns County, but it also has a strong farming heritage with multi-generational family farms like ours and a peaceful Old Florida charm.”
