Culture is Alive and Well in Ponte Vedra

Talk about taking in some local color! How about a visit to see some amazing artwork by local, regional and national artists? First Coast Cultural Center is now located in Jacksonville Beach. This is where all in the community are invited to create, understand, and experience the arts. From art exhibitions of work in a variety of media, exciting events and even art classes, lectures and workshops, visitors will have the opportunity to not only see art, but participate in creating it if they desire.

If you’re an artist--novice or professional, adult or child--their many workshops and programs will enhance your creative process. From portrait painting, to floral arrangements and voice or piano lessons, you can learn from the best and hone your skills with the guidance of master artists. There are youth art programs and even Summer Art Camps to inspire and help unleash creative juices. Their successful Sound Connections Music Therapy provides 1:1 music therapy with a board certified music therapist for children with special needs.
