Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife brings an oceanside celebration of food, wine, spirits, live music and wildlife to Vilano Beach. The festival showcases culinary creations from Northeast Florida restaurants alongside hundreds of wine, spirits and beer tastings. Thursday, January 28 - Festival Kick-off Wine Dinner at Michael’s St. Augustine

Friday, January 29, 6:30-8:30 p.m. - Vilano A1A Soirée
Take over the Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach for an indoor-outdoor tasting event featuring gourmet bites, unlimited beer, wine and spirits tastings, a souvenir glass, live music from Bad Dog Mama and Mr. Natural Karaoke's street party on Loja Street.

Saturday, January 30, 10 a.m.-noon - Alligator Farm VIP Behind the Scenes Guided Tour
Enjoy a private guided tour of the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park with special access to several exhibits, including Maximo, the park’s 15-foot, 3-inch saltwater crocodile. The tour concludes with a private wine and cheese reception.

Saturday, January 30, 2-5 p.m. - W3 Grand Tasting
The festival’s signature event at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach features culinary tastings from Northeast Florida restaurants, hundreds of unlimited wine, spirits and beer tastings, live music and wildlife demonstrations from the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Tickets include food and beverage tastings and a souvenir glass.

Sunday, January 31, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. - Sunday Jazz Brunch
Wrap up the weekend at Michael’s Sunday Jazz Brunch with live jazz and a lavish buffet featuring chef-attended action stations, a chilled seafood display, house-made pastries, a carving station, desserts and select beverages. Reservations required.

Best Taste & People’s Choice Awards take place during the W3 Grand Tasting on Saturday, January 30. Attendees can vote for their favorite bites and sips, with winners announced at 4:15 p.m. The Vilano Beach Main Street Silent Auction features art, travel, food and beverage packages, with proceeds benefiting Vilano Beach Main Street.
