Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife celebrates the best of St. Augustine's Vilano Beach and Florida's Historic Coast, from its culinary superstars and spectacular seafood to its artisans, musicians and cultural heritage. Thursday, January 28 - Festival Kick-off Wine Dinner at Michael's St. Augustine
Friday, January 29, 6:30- 8:30 p.m.- Hyatt Place Tasting Event - Guests receive a souvenir glass for unlimited beer, wine and spirits tastings. Sample some of northeast Florida’s best restaurants, live music and more – all with a laid-back oceanside Vilano Beach vibe.
Saturday, January 30, 10 a.m.-noon - Alligator Farm VIP Behind the Scenes Guided Tour. Ticket holders enjoy a guided behind the scenes, private tour of the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, with special access to several exhibits. The tour concludes with a private Wine & Cheese Reception.
Sunday, January 31, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Sunday Jazz Brunch
BEST TASTE AWARDS & PEOPLE’S CHOICE Awards, presented by the Ponte Vedra Recorder take place during the Grand Tasting on Saturday, January 30, 2027. The Best Taste Awards are professionally judged at the Grand Tasting before the event opens to the public. W3 attendees will vote for their favorite bites and sips in the People’s Choice Awards. Winners are announced at the event on the Music Stage at 4:15 pm. The Vilano Beach Main Street Silent Auction will feature steals on some great items, including art, travel, and food and drink packages, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Vilano Beach Main Street.
