Overview
Created by UFHSA (University of Florida Historic St. Augustine, Inc.) and the Lastinger Family Foundation for the purpose of generating excitement about the history of America’s oldest city. The Festival will showcase every era of St. Augustine’s long and storied past, from the founding in 1565 to the most advanced technology available in 2024 to research and study every year in-between.
American history began here, and no one tells our story better than we do – come out and enjoy our city. There will be programs available at multiple venues throughout the city each day, including the Governor’s House Cultural Center and Museum, Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, Ximenez-Fatio House Museum, Fountain of Youth Archeological Park, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Fort Mose Historic State Park, The Colonial Quarter Museum, The Oldest House Museum Complex and many others.
