The Center for Marine Studies Building is situated on the beautiful
eastern shore of the Intracoastal Waterway. Our 2-story atrium and meeting rooms have breath-taking views to the north and west. The building contains a two-story reception area, catering kitchen, classrooms, and a 272-seat auditorium. These spaces are available for rent individually or collectively, making this an ideal venue for receptions, concerts, meetings, seminars, and retreats.
