Our “Signature Seafood Boil" is a one-pot cooking process that combines both boiling (red bliss potatoes) & steaming (fresh corn on the cob, authentic andouille sausage, sweet vidalia onion, and jumbo shrimp). Customers can add great add-ons including lobster, crab legs, clams, mussels, scallops and other regionally specific seafood items. And don't forget the cornbread muffins!

With our catering service, we come to your home or venue where we'll set everything up, cook, pour out the pot, and even clean up when you're done.
