Los recorridos históricos de Flagler College resaltan el patrimonio arquitectónico del antiguo Hotel Ponce de León, catalogado como Monumento Histórico Nacional. Construido por el magnate ferroviario Henry M. Flagler en 1888, Ponce es considerado uno de los mejores ejemplos de la arquitectura renacentista española y fue uno de los centros turísticos más exclusivos de su época.
