Overview
Presented by the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, Women Who Made A Difference features African American women from St. Augustine committed to their community such as Civil Rights activists, educators and medical professionals. This year will feature Cora Tyson, a pillar of the community and activist who famously housed Dr. Martin Luther King during the Civil Rights Movement in St. Augustine. The exhibit opens on September 1 and will remain as a permanent exhibit.
