Overview
The New Mastersounds have been energizing audiences with their signature blend of funky soul-jazz since forming in Leeds, England, in 1999. Early in their career, they were regulars at London’s Jazz Café before gaining recognition in the U.S. funk scene, where guitarist and bandleader Eddie Roberts now resides. For over a decade, they have been a fixture of the late-night scene during New Orleans’ annual Jazz Fest.
