Celebrate the legacy of Linda Cole, who began her musical journey at age 3 with her parents, James and Erma Cole, in Freeport, Illinois. As part of the “Singing Cole Family,” renowned throughout the central United States, Linda played a key role in their recognition by Illinois History magazine in the 1960s. With decades of experience performing Motown to Jazz, Ms. Cole is now dedicated to preserving the Great American Songbook and promoting jazz education. Her efforts have significantly elevated the appreciation of the arts in Central and Northeast Florida, and she generously supports victims of crime and advocacy agencies.
