History in the Shadow of the Tower: World War II and St. Augustine

Overview

In honor of the St. Augustine Lighthouse’s 150th anniversary, the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum presents History in the Shadow of the Tower, a lecture series exploring local history. The first lecture, “War in Paradise: World War II in Florida,” by author Eliot Kleinberg, takes place on December 19, 2024, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the historic Waterworks building.
