What You Need To Know

Crisp-Ellert Art Museum and GTM Research Reserve are pleased to announce artist and musician Olivia Block's forthcoming exhibition, Four Channels. The exhibition will include two site-specific sound installations. The first will open at GTM Research Reserve, 505 Guana River Rd. in Ponte Vedra Beach, on February 23 in conjunction with the State of the Reserve Symposium and will continue through March 2. The second location is at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum, 48 Sevilla St. in St. Augustine, which will kick off with a walkthrough on March 2 at 4 p.m. followed by an opening reception from 5-8 p.m. The exhibition will continue through April 14. The artist's interest in acoustic ecology coupled with her extensive research into Northeast Florida's coastal environment led her to propose these site-specific sound installations.
