This three-day event features music, fellowship, and reflection, bringing together generations of alumni and friends for a memorable reunion. This centennial celebration honors the enduring impact of Excelsior High School and its role in preserving Black history in St. Augustine. Thursday, June 19 – Meet & Greet
Kick off the celebration with a museum open house and the debut of the new Excelsior Exhibit. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and live music upstairs as alumni reconnect and share memories.
Friday, June 20 – Harlem Nights Gala
Dress to impress for an elegant evening featuring a cocktail reception and dinner in the historic Excelsior Room. Special guest speaker Playthell George Benjamin, independent public intellectual and Excelsior Elementary alumnus, will reflect on the school's legacy. Entertainment by Amy Alysia and the Band.
Saturday, June 21 – Reunion Homecoming Field Day
Gather at St. Paul Park for a lively outdoor celebration with games, tournaments, food trucks, vendors, and line dancing led by DJ Trey.
Saturday, June 21 – All Classes Reunion Prom
