Overview
Attend a screening of Edo Avant Garde, a documentary that explores how Japanese artists of the Edo period (1603–1868) influenced the development of modern art in the West, featuring more than 200 works from museums and private collections in the U.S. and Japan. The screening takes place from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Flagler College Ringhaver Student Center and will be followed by a discussion led by Assistant Professor of Art History at Flagler College, Dr. Stephanie Hohlios, Ph.D. Film Society Members are free and guests are $10. 50 Sevilla St., St. Augustine. www.staugustinefilmsociety.com
