Overview

An annual fundraiser benefiting St. Augustine Community School of Performing Arts (SACSPA), this event includes a dance competition among local celebrities who pair up with professional dance instructors from Arthur Murray Dance Centers and perform in front of a panel of judges. This year’s event celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary with a patriotic opening production, followed by exciting performances featuring a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Swing, Hustle, Quickstep, Samba, and Cha Cha. Celebrity dancers compete not only for the Judges’ Choice Award based on their dance performance, but also for the People’s Choice Award through community fundraising efforts that support SACSPA’s educational programs.
