Live Music is Back at The AMP!
There’s no better place to hear live music outdoors all year round.
And now, The AMP is making it safer than ever for music lovers to enjoy their favorite bands. Here’s what The AMP is doing to keep guests safe, and what guests must do to assure their own safety:
Behind the Scenes
Even before you arrive, Electrostatic Backpack Sprayers and EPA-approved disinfectants will be used before each event.
What To Expect When You Arrive
First, wear a mask. Masks will be required of all guests in the common areas (make sure it covers your nose and mouth). Once seated in your ticketed seats, you can remove them. Failure to comply with this important health guideline could result in loss of ticket privileges, including ejection. A staff member will take your temperature. Guests must have below 100.4 F temperature for entry. Those with temperatures 100.4 F or above will be denied entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either. Refunds will be provided.
During the Event
You can eat and drink only while seated, or in designated areas. There will be PPE kits including face masks, gloves, personal hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes located throughout the venue and available to all guests and staff. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the venue in common areas, restrooms and near concessions.
The AMP has reduced capacity to accommodate distancing. New seats allow unused seats to lock, ensuring guests stay in their properly distanced seat location. Signage is located throughout the venue to help guests keep a safe distance in common areas and queue lines. Spotters will help guests maintain distance as they exit the event.
Thermal imaging cameras, walk-through metal detectors, and ticket scanning kiosks are used at entry. Events will use digital tickets only and touchless payment options as much as possible. The AMP Box Office only accepts credit and debit card payments.
With all of these safety precautions in place, and with the cooperation of all guests, The AMP is excited to bring live music once again to this amazing outdoor venue and to its outstanding fans. Enjoy!
