Visit one of two downtown locations on Charlotte or St. George Street.

Located off St. George Street, the Spanish Bakery and Café is nestled under the historic Cedar tree and serves lunch of authentic Spanish cuisine. It will be hard to resist trying the almond, lemon and cinnamon cookies made fresh daily.

We think Columbia Restaurant’s famous flan is the best we have ever tasted. The recipe dates to 1935 when the family-owned restaurant began serving up authentic food made by Matriarch Carmen Hernandez. Flan is a Spanish caramel egg custard, prepared the old-fashioned way, using only the best natural ingredients. The Columbia Restaurant is located on the corner of St. George Street and Hypolita Street.
