St. Augustine, Fla. (June 2016) - In recent years Florida’s Historic Coast’s visitor experiences have been receiving great recognition. Here is a list of the destination’s impressive accolades:
Travel & Leisure (May 2016) – St Augustine was listed as the #4 on Travel + Leisure’s reader- selected Annual America’s Favorite Towns list.
TravelChannel.com (May 2016) – St. Augustine Beach was listed as #6 in the Best 30 Beaches in the World for Families.
GoGoBot (March 2016) St. Augustine selected by GoGoBot members as a 2016 Top 10 Family Travelers’ Rising Stars Destinations Award.
TripAdvisor (February 2016) – Based on feedback from the TripAdvisor community, St. Augustine Beach was once again selected as a Top 10 Beach in the U.S.
GOGOBot (October 2015) – St. Augustine is the #2 city on GoGoBot.com 10 Most Eco-Friendly Cities in America list. St. Augustine made the list because of its dedication to recycling and conservationist ethic rooted in its history.
TripAdvisor (August 2015) - St. Augustine was included in TripAdvisor’s Top 25 Traveler's Choice Awards among the Top 25 U.S. Destinations to Visit.
Coastal Living (July 2015) - Selected by editors as one of the Top 10 Best American Beach Towns for the Fourth of July.

USA TODAY 10 Best Florida Attractions (December 2013) - St. Augustine garnered two recognitions in the Reader’s Choice Award for 10 Best Florida Attractions - the Historic District and the Castillo de San Marcos.
Travel + Leisure (October 2013) - St. Augustine is named among America’s Best Small Towns for Halloween.
Tampa Bay Times Florida’s 10 Gay Friendly Beaches September 2013 - Tampa Bay Times listed the north beach access of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve among its best Florida beaches for gay-friendly travel.
CNN Travel (August 2013) - Beauty, history and unspoiled nature combined to put Ponte Vedra Beach on CNN’s list of 22 Can’t Miss U.S. Beaches.

Fodor’s Travel Guide - 10 Best Small Towns in America - March 2013 - Editors of the travel guide ranked St. Augustine among the winners of the 10 Best Small Towns in America based on draws like great local eats, interesting museums and cultural points, and noteworthy natural attractions or outdoor adventures.
