Florida’s Birding & Photo Fest Offers more than 110 Field Workshops and Classroom Events for Photography and Nature Enthusiasts

St. Augustine, Fla. (December 19, 2016) Registration is now open for the 15th Annual Florida's Birding & Photo Fest, April 26-30, 2017, one of the most popular events among birding, nature and photography enthusiasts in the southeast.
 
Register by January 6 and save $15 on your registration fee. Early bird registration is only $10. Participation in this popular event also makes a great gift for photographers. Buy a $25 gift certificate good for purchase toward seminars and field workshops.
 
WHAT: With more than 110 birding and photography field workshops and classroom sessions led by acclaimed photographers, Florida’s Birding & Photo Fest has something for everyone. Whether you're a beginner photographer, advanced or somewhere in between, there are hands-on workshops at locations around Florida's Historic Coast - St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and The Beaches.
 
WHO: Instructors are a "Who's Who" of photographers including Bobbi Lane, Lee Varis, Roman Kurywczak, Mike Moats, Lewis Kemper, Deb Sandidge, Kevin Karlson, Chas Glatzer, Joe Brady, Vinny Colucci, Brett Wells, Jack Rogers, Kevin Loughlin and Stephen Ingraham and more.

Keynote event: The public is invited to attend the festival’s keynote and dessert reception Saturday, April 29, 6:30-9 p.m. at the Pioneer Barn, 259 San Marco Ave., St. Augustine. Keynote presenter is Lewis Kemper. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online at FloridasBirdingAndPhotofest.com.
