Our House of St. Augustine Historic Homestays & Events offers personality and affordability for your small wedding and other special events.

The parlor is furnished for easy reconfiguration to accommodate up to 28 seated guests at your ceremony. If your ceremony is brief and casual and doesn't require seating, slightly larger guest-lists for a standing ceremony can be accommodated.

The courtyard garden can seat up to 24 seated or 30 standing ceremony guests.

Small cocktail or champagne and cake receptions for up to 30 guests may be held in the house and grounds as well.

When you book the Our House property for your event, it includes overnight accommodations for up to eight guests in our Main House's three guestrooms and private Jasmine Studio.

Just looking for a vacation getaway? We offer two adjacent Victorian houses with flexible rental options to accommodate your visit, whether you're a party of one, a couple or a family.​

The Main House has two bedrooms upstairs, plus a lounge/guestroom on the first floor, providing you a comfortable home-away-from-home for up to six people.

Our stylish Jasmine Studio Apartment, in the Victorian house next door to the Main House, has a queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with two-person whirlpool tub and shower. The Jasmine Studio is perfect for a couple seeking a getaway immersed in effortless romance, history, style and comfort.

 Book both the Main House and Jasmine Studio may be booked together when available.
