What You Need To Know

Journey though St. Augustine's past as you view the unique architecture of the oldest, continuously inhabited city in the United States. Since the city was burnt to the ground many times in its history, the only structure that predates the 1702 British siege is the Castillo de San Marcos. The tour will begin with the Spanish Colonial Period and continue with the British Colonial Period, Victorian Period, Flagler Era, early 20th century, Boom Era, Depression Era and into modern times. The cost is $16 adults; $10 youth. The tour meets at the clock tower near the Visitor Information Center at 11 a.m. Reservations are required. Please note that the September tour will be on Sept. 22 instead of Sept. 15.
