Happy Birthday National Park Service!
Celebrate the 100th Birthday of the National Park Service with a visit to the Castillo de San Marcos. Admission is free to the Castillo de San Marcos in recognition of the National Park Service Centennial. On Thursday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., take part in special hands-on activities hosted by the Florida Public Archaeology Network. On Saturday, the St. Augustine Youth Choir will perform the NPS Centennial Song, Children's Earth Anthem and other patriotic songs. Performances are approximately 20 minutes long and will start at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. Experience historic weapons firing demonstrations, become Centennial Junior Rangers, and participate in games and activities on Saturday and Sunday.
